Shipping Methods:

- All items shipped UPS ground or USPS, depending on weight.

- Items paid by Money Order or Checks will be processed
after clearing the bank. Then allow 7-10 days in addition.
- Shipping charges are determined by weight, quantity and
zip code.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available in any denomination over
$10.
Return Policy:
Books and Patterns are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.
All other returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returns must be made with all the original packaging by manufacturer
and must be in resalable condition. Returns or exchanges must
be within 30 days of receipt of the order. Orders refunded
by credit card will be credited back on the card. If you have
